Emily McVety graduates from UCF

Applause and congratulations to Ms. Emily McVety, a 2016 graduate of Port Charlotte High School, who graduated with a BS in Psychology at UCF in December, 2019. In the fall, she will be attending the University of Texas at El Paso’s graduate school to study Mental Health Counseling. She is the daughter of Brian and Janice McVety. Her father is the general manager at Murdock Stones Etc. and her first job at the South Gulf Cove location was as a sign holder.
