Englewood Sailing Association, a non-profit, all-volunteer organization, has come a long way from its modest beginnings with just 8 members and 6 boats. Today, it boasts 79 members and 40 boats, all united under the common goal of fostering confidence, character, and community through sailing. Over the past two decades, the organization has undergone numerous changes and improvements, the most recent of which was made possible by the donation of a 27 ft. Catalina Sailboat. Thanks to this generous contribution, Englewood Sailing is now offering a Coastal Cruising Course starting from April 1st. Additionally, the club has also received a donation of a Boston Whaler power boat, which will be utilized as a safety boat.
