People for Trees presents their annual Tree Fair on Saturday, April 27, 9am to 1pm, at the North Port City Center Green, 4970 City Hall Blvd., North Port. Hundreds of native trees will be available for sale, including sweetgum, southern red cedar, bald cypress, slash pine, longleaf pine, elm, dahoon holly and sugarberry. Three-gallon pots $15; seven gallon $30. Also at the fair will be vendors, food trucks, “Ask an Arborist” and kids’ activities. For more info, contact Alice White at 941•468•2486.
