Project Detect Donates $25K to Englewood Clinic

The ladies of Project Detect recently donated $25,000 to the Englewood Community Care Clinic. The funds will provide cancer screenings for patients. Project Detect is a non-profit organization that raises funds to finance early detection cancer screenings for uninsured and underinsured adults in Charlotte County. The Englewood Community Care Clinic is a nonprofit medical clinic providing no-cost medical services to uninsured and working poor residents of Englewood. The clinic is located at 6868 San Casa Drive and is open on Mondays and Thursdays, 5 to 8pm.
