Nadine M. Kubisch

Nadine M. Kubisch (Novak), Englewood, FL, 70, passed away November 15, 2023, after a brief illness. Nadine was the daughter of John and Veronica (Matviak) Novak. Born in Auburn, NY on December 31, 1952, she attended Central High School and moved to Albany, NY after attending college at the University of Albany.

Predeceased by her parents and brother, Mark. Nadine is survived by her husband, Jack; and sister, Andrea Landry (Matthew); and a large extended family.

Nadine started her career as a Bank Teller before advancing to a Vice President position at Key Bank. She retired early and moved with her husband to Englewood where she enjoyed gardening and golfing.

Always active, Nadine was a Line Dance and Zumba Instructor, a member and President of the Lemon Bay Women's Club and a member of her book club.

An animal lover, she had many pets over the years. Nadine enjoyed walking her most recent dog, Buddy until his passing this past year, and sitting with her cat, Goose.

Traveling back to upstate NY to visit with family and friends was an annual event. As a fan of music of many genres, from Big Band and Rock to Zydeco, Nadine enjoyed going to outdoor concerts. Other interests included historical site events and art exhibits.

Services will be held at the Lemon Bay Women's Club Chapel on January 7, 2024 from 1:00 p.m.- 4:00 p.m.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the club.
